Mr. McCall limits his practice exclusively to the representation of individuals injured and the families of persons killed as a result of accidents or professional negligence. He has handled numerous cases arising from accidents involving automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, boats, go-carts and other motorized vehicles. In the field of defective products, he has successfully handled cases against manufacturers and distributors of motorcycle helmets, go-carts, three-wheelers, wave runners and other products. Mr. McCall currently handles a significant number of physician, nursing and other medical care providers malpractice cases. He is particularly qualified in the area of neuro law, having represented numerous clients who have sustained closed head injuries. Mr. McCall is Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by The Florida Bar.
