Wally McCall is a dedicated legal professional with more than 35 years of experience representing individuals and families who have sustained serious personal injuries or suffered the wrongful death of a loved one. While every individual and situation is unique, Wally's approach is always the same: compassion, hard work, and an unwavering personal commitment to each client.
While lawsuits can often be settled without going to trial, Wally is a true “trial lawyer” with over 100 jury verdicts under his belt. He has successfully obtained 20 verdicts or settlements of $1 Million or more for his clients.

Michelle is a Registered Nurse who earned her BSN degree from the University of South Alabama in 1975. Her specialties include critical care, surgical recovery, elder care and nursing home supervision. In 1997 she joined the firm as a nurse paralegal, assisting with the organization and evaluation of medical records, consulting with expert witnesses, and researching medical literature.
